Connor is an old soul with a passion to assist in the ascension of mother Gaia. For many years he has been inspired to go within and expand his consciousness and infuse our mother with more love and light. 

In his studies he became fascinated with energy work and found Reiki to be a wonderful start on his ever evolving healing journey. He now infuses quantum touch and liquid light into his healing practices to facilitate a deeper level of healing of the body/mind/spirit as a whole. As well as strengthening other's connection to Gaia and to the etheric realms. 

He is passionate about sharing his gifts with others and enjoys helping others to connect more deeply within themselves through his guided meditations. Using various visualization and breathing techniques paired with mudras and toning to enhance the experience. 

He has spent many years practicing Kung Fu and Qi gong to build mental and physical discipline. He has also spent years personal training to assist others in creating a healthy lifestyle to go hand in hand with their spiritual practices
